Eligibility for Returns
    •    Products can be returned within 2 days from the date of purchase if they meet the following conditions:

    •    The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    •    The item is not damaged, and all original tags/labels are intact.
    •    Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided.
 
Non-Returnable Items
    •    Certain items or services are non-returnable, including:

    •    Opened or used products.
    •    Personalized, customized, or perishable goods.
    •    Gift cards or promotional items.
    
Refund Process
 
    •    Refunds are processed once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
    •    Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
    
Shipping Costs
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
How to Request a Return or Refund

    •   Share an email to our customer support team at theradianceclinic1@gmail.com with your order number, reason(s) for cancellation or return and the image of received product(s) Once your request is received, we shall initiate and schedule the return process.
Please note that we will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact. In case of a refund is approved upon return of product, please allow us up to 7 business days to process the refund to you

    •    All orders are processed within [3-4 business days] after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    2.    Shipping Time
    •    Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping typically takes [5-7 business days] within your region.
 
    3.    Shipping Rates
    •    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight.
 
    4.    Tracking Information
    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
 
    5.    Address Accuracy
    •    Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 
    6.    Delays and Exceptions
    •    Shipping times may vary during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues. We will notify you of any significant delays.
 
    7.    Lost or Damaged Packages
    •    Goods will need to be signed for, upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However, we take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
 
Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.
We shall not be responsible for damages post delivery.
 
For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours from the day of delivery.
